Does anyone else consider boredom as a factor when deciding when to go to sleep? Or is it just me...

If you have burned through your to-do list and excited to re-charge for the next day (like you've done well) then maybe one or two vids but you're just happy and say "ok, on to the next day!" and unless it's good crap to watch, honestly it probably aimlessness / lack of your own menu that can become boredom.

Not sure if I have your question right, but the answer should prove some hits either way without over-helping or assuming if for you.

Self-checking tiredness and how that decreases quality means just knowing your limits is not always relative to sleep I find.
If one is bored then that's reliably something else... (like not having a list, even a 2nd go-to list)

For example you (or anyone) might be thinking about other things in life while doing thse other random things or videos as usually we don;t have better idea how to better our position.

@freeschool the question was stated in such a fashion that no weight was place on either direction.

I had a recent situation where I was awake for 20h+ and not tired, though quite bored. Thus decided slumber over poorly motivated to-do tasks.
