I started migrating to more ethical digital spaces and services after I had first-hand experience working for one of the most abominable enterprises. There is so much I want to say about it but can't due to legal reasons.

Once I heard a far-right propagandist say that there were more muslim Brits serving in ISIS than in the British Armed forces. This claim sounded so ridiculous to me that I had to fact check it and not only was it true but it was true over a significant margin. The data on the amount of muslim Brits in the Armed forces is on the official army webpage and as for the number of Brits in ISIS, you can check the Wikipedia article for foreign fighters in ISIS (I went into the rabbit hole and also discovered that there were more Spanish of Moroccan descent fighting for ISIS than born-and-raised Moroccans; another fact that blew my mind

I like collecting this book (The Little Prince) in unusual languages. This one is in Romansh language. The bookstore even had it in different dialects of the language
Highlights from Disentis/Mustér, one of the few remaining Romansh-speaking majority regions in Switzerland. And yes, that booth is public :)

We are living in an unbelievably Orwellian, dystopian and stupid world
It finally happened. I got banned from Reddit (the whole website, not just a specific subreddit) for "Inciting violence" against... Wait for it... President Putin.
The comment that got me banned was this:
"I'm OK with this war ending like WW2 did: with a bullet going through Putin's skull, all his lapdogs trialed and put in jail for the rest of their lives and Russia stripped from all the lands they grabbed. So far, he {referring to JD Vance} is advocating that but for Ukraine, which is more similar to the surrender of Sudetenland (which started WW2, not ended it)"
Is it time to ditch Reddit, the only social media I'm using beside this one?
