@bonifartius That was some big quake as well. The earthquake-sensors in my region picked up the quakes from all the way over there, impressive.

I live in the north of the Netherlands. Not exactly around the corner.

@trinsec the 6.4 earthquake? didn't expect it to travel that far to be noticeable, but i don't know anything about seismics :)

@bonifartius Neither do I, even though my region has earthquakes now and then because of the natural gas extraction.

I never noticed one, well... except that one time that there was a lightning storm going on. There was a very bright flash and immediately afterwards a huuuuuge thunder vibration. I was very impressed. I thought that was some big-ass thunderstorm.

Turns out that it was actually a quake. Just timed nicely with the lightning to not be noticeable as a quake. :P

So the only time I actually felt a quake, I didn't even recognize it as a quake! Pfft.

@trinsec :D tbh, earthquake in the netherlands is the last i'd expect, but with the gas extraction makes sense :)
