is there any data that there may be covid mutations which have less severe symptoms? would only make sense from an evolutionary point.

@bonifartius It goes against to complain when things are going great (sans politics obviously). So we would have to force people with no symptoms to get tested, which doesn't seem to be going well even with people who have symptoms. :blobcatblue:

@dv8 i guess lab-capacities might also be a limiting factor currently.

@bonifartius Indeed. If it can mutate to be more severe, it can also mutate the other way. Just no way of knowing, since no cares if they don't feel bad. That's also why yearly flu statistics are merely estimates.
