I don't understand any of this. I don't know who that person is the picture. I don't know what the post is trying to say. Are they trying to say he died from getting vaxed or that he died because he wasn't vaxed?

Is the photo staged because he really didn't get vaxed?

it's the founder of biontech. the post is about an old school friend of him who is said to have covid because he didn't got the mrna injection and is in the hospital. that is why the founder has the picture published.

what are the odds that he really had made this photo earlier (requiring someone who takes it) this year when getting vaccinated, only to use it months later for propaganda.

it's most likely a staged photo, imho.
