anyone here who knows a good way to make your own fil(mjölk)?

@Elfie as starter? i'm not sure, ricotta is cooked, so there shouldn't be many bacteria left.

I'm still not sure what you're trying to cook but if it's ricotta it shouldn't be difficult, you just need milk and vinegar at the very least :02_learn:

@Elfie it's like yogurt but different :) but ricotta also is an interesting project. i like nearly everything made from milk (except blue cheeses ;)

I only handle ricotta because customers like it, ich hasse Käse :02_gao:

I'll always forget to take pics of it and by the time I do they are all sold already :02_fish:
