eu sanctions against russia are made to explicitly drive energy prices with two goals:
- more money
- have another "reason" why people will spontaneously die in the winter: "they stopped heating!!1"

funnily enough the milk produce from non industrialized farming that i do eat is relatively stable in price.
seems that feeding your livestock with grazing and hay, using manure as fertilizer for the pasture is "sustainable" after all.
i swear i'll end up in a stronghold-the-game like situation where i live only on cheese xD

@bonifartius What many don’t realize is that Russia is selling it’s gas to China, and China then sells to many of the EU countries right now. At a higher price of course. The politico’s are nuts!

@bonifartius With high energy taxes, higher prices means more government income.
Then add --> higher energy prices and food production go bonkers, food prices go through the roof and "they stopped eating"...
