@dielan some years back i just decided that these modern remakes and continuations of everything just don't exist for me. e.g. there is PD on N64 and that's it.
@bonifartius its copium but we really only saw her briefly in the trailer at a very unflattering angle from the shoulders up. The thumbnail makes her chin look more narrow so I'm wondering if they did this on purpose to get more people to talk bout the game online. Once we have more footage we'll know for sure if thats the case or they double down on making her ugly
@McMongoose @dielan something along the lines of that yes. for example, the games with classic nintendo characters i played on the switch all were well made, but "something" is missing.
i also dislike that every game has some online functionality riveted on top even if it doesn't add any value.

Well modernity is all about tittering on the edge of honesty, you can never truly say or do what you think without fear of getting cancelled or jailed, all artistic expression must be careful not to offend American (jewish) sensibilities.
Perhaps that's the lack of "soul" one may feel in games and what not, specially now that in order to succeed you must subject yourself to the infernal culture machine of the internet. You can't truly be left alone if you want to succeed. Even small irrelevant indie games are subject to harassment even though nobody has really heard about them much less care.

@McMongoose most of the games in this category are made by megacorps with bloated teams that need to make record sales just to break even. They'll fail with time and lay everybody off, we see it a lot already.
