if your look hard enough for enough things, you'll find something everywhere.

guaranteed with this approach is producing hypochondria though.

The stylish, unknown & extremely rare SEGA AI COMPUTER (1986) promised natural language processing and "artificial intelligence" via its Prolog interpreter.

We're making available today, for the first time ever: system roms, game cards, tapes recordings, scans, photos, MAME driver & more: smspower.org/SegaAI

fuck yeah, tinfoil time!

it's by the same people who pushed industrially processed technical oils for health reasons. why should i believe a random pamphlet by them? in all likelihood they are bought to blame covid for vaccine injuries.

@niclas @phifer this thread got buried in the docker hellthread :)

i always forget how it was nearly unimaginable to not have a state. now the state feels unnatural. if only i could have the secret recipe for others to see it :)

@xarvos if you have multiple sockets for ram try different combinations, sometimes the chipset doesn't like combinations

@mk @theorytoe @bonifartius You shift you're goal post's in one post and are entirely off base, there is nothing to say anymore.

To Ursula von der Leyen, and friends, throwing the word "freedom of expression" around a bunch doesn't actually mean that "freedom of expression" is actually meaningfully protected.

A strange idea I saw from a European group is to get the government to run a social media site because they will supposedly handle human rights better than the private sector.

Governments, and yes, European governments (even if they pretend to care about human rights for marketing purposes), are actually some of the biggest violators of human rights around.

The best they can often muster is "at least we are better than x government" which is like Facebook saying "at least we are better than data broker x in protecting your privacy".

Currently searching for a software-related job. I recently graduated with a degree in computer science and have experience in industry from a software development internship. I also have a lot of outside experience working with Linux and *BSD and have developed many pet projects in most major programming languages. These projects include web servers, terminal applications, web apps, games, and simulations. I'm also comfortable with functional programming and can learn new concepts at a rapid pace. In addition to all this, I can understand German and also have basic knowledge of Russian.

If you or someone you know of is looking for a software developer and I meet their qualifications, please let me know.
