there are two people, those who can deal with freedom and those who can't. everything else is a secondary issue, especially on the net.

if they weren't so dangerous, i'd have pity with those who can't. they are too much of a threat though. they willingly give away their agency for the illusion of safety, online and in real life. what they really are doing is forcing everyone around them into the same chains they have around the ankles of their mind.

These absolute clowns literally believe that trolls from Twitter are creating instances solely to follow them onto the fediverse for the purposes of "targeting" them or whatever. They're citing instances and users that have long, long, long predated their arrival and trying to jump onto the fediblock bandwagon (which they just learned existed for the first time).

It's incomprehensible to them that the pre-existing residents of the fediverse don't want them here and find them a pox upon us. The sheer arrogance and narcissism of these "newbies" is nothing short of awe-inspiring.

@dielan@shitposter.club The reason they're against anonymity is because they want your identity tied to everything you've said, everything you've bought, everything you've done, everywhere you've been. They want a panopticon---the corporations for profit, the governments for compliance, and the journalists for ideological obedience. Regardless, at the end of the day, it's all in furtherance of subservience.
