- no public awareness the threat still exists
- Antivirals weren't offered when diagnosed a week ago

That's exactly the problem. 1 in 9 nurses left the NHS last year. Many go abroad or retrain in other fields. Only 21% of nurses say there are enough staff to do their job properly. Unsafe staffing levels harm us all. Pay them their worth.
