Pleased and relieved that we’ve managed to stop Channel 4 privatisation again.

Robbing Channel 4 of its independence has been an obsession for some right wing Tories. But it's never made commercial or production sense.

Excited to announce my perspective article on a sensory-motor theory of the neocortex based on active predictive coding: each cortical area learns a sensory-motor of the world at a particular level of abstraction, with higher areas modulating lower areas.

A quick terminology explanation.

Inflation is a measure of how quickly prices rise. If you halve inflation prices will still rise, just less quickly.

So halving inflation would still mean things are more expensive than they are now.

The 1970 Equal Pay Act.

Higher wages.

A shorter working day.

Strikes have secured victories for us all. Today, a worker's fundamental right to withdraw their labour is under threat from arcane Tory legislation.

Gentle reminder of which policies are incredibly popular in Britain, France, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, & the USA, & also a reminder that just 29% of the UK electorate voted Tory in 2019.

This is why, imho, @UKLabour should support .

FTSE100 CEO earnings exceed the median worker’s pay after just three days of work

Median FTSE100 CEO pay, £3.41m; 103 times the worker pay of £33,000

CEO got 39% pay rise, workers got a real pay cut.

No Minister calls it inflationary.

It is class war.

Copy this and send it to your MP, show your partner, neighbour, re-Tweet it give it to the shops in the high street to put in the window and display it in GP surgeries and A&E… this is why the NHS is choc-a-bloc

Oakshott talks about nurses drinking cups of tea. All I see is them rushing around on 12 hour shifts. And why shouldn't they have cups of tea? It's work, not torture. I work on a computer and have loads of cups of tea. And I've only ever seen oakshott sat on her arse moaning.

Rishi Sunak’s strike law to let bosses sack workers and sue unions.

Workers will be conscripted, forced to provide minimum level of service.

Biggest anti-worker law in UK history.

No equivalent sanctions when companies withdraw capital, disrupt life.

Did I have amazing success in 2022?

No.

But did I get up every morning and go out and do my very, very best to improve myself?

Again No.
