@limits2growth I'm no scientist, though I can think of some possible solutions to that problem. We start going back to the natural roots of food production? Sweets based on honey, not sucrose, and with all of the technology today, ought to be a more streamlined way for folks to grow their own food, too. Just my two cents on this ...
