Over all, though, learned something interesting. For all those who use OSTicket, watch out if you use the LDAP plugin. Unfortunately, the 1.10 version doesn't work with it. Some sort of weird compatibility issue. We just had to run a downgrade to version 1.92 or something like that in our environment.

If anybody's wondering where the hell I am, it will be nice when the available Windows 10 clients are actually able to allow you to sign into different instances. The one that I have is still sort of broken. Incest why you don't see that much up here. Hopefully that will be changing pretty soon.
