@fireborn They did that? LOL. Who was it? Did you ever find that out?

@TomatoLabyrinth A screen reader is a software that translates everything that the computer outputs to the screen into speech and/or Braille for blind people. I've been blind all my life, so I sort of need one to function at all. The Java issue comes from the fact that the interfaces for screen readers to be able to talk to the GUIs created with it don't have the necessary components out of the box. For whatever reason, this is seemingly only a problem with desktop applications written in Java, not web applications.

@TomatoLabyrinth interesting choices of languages. I'd be careful with Java, though because if you're not careful. Not everyone potentially using your application can natively use it. They have issues with screen readers. I would watch out for

@freemo I have to 100% agree with that. I would have been pissed were at me.

just had an interesting conversation with dell today. Looks like Rand's issue might actually be a non issue, honestly. His audio and his USB both seem to be working. Though I fear that I may have sullied my relationship with them by accident via sort of arguing with a rep who was just trying to inform. Here's why I hate being called "m'am". Whenever I get that, I see a cobra behind that fake dose of fake courtesy.

If you guys are wondering … It's C#, that is my language of choice for the time being. C#, PowerShell, and of course, Python. What programming languages does everyone else up here like?

I haven't asked the burning question this afternoon; what is everyone up to? I'm hoping that after I get the process of bringing Rand back to health, as his audio's been dead for months now, going, I can use this time to proceed with my self assigned programming lessons. StormlightTech.org's on a big, fat roll, so need to hurry the hell up.

@cringe Long train rides can sometimes not be that fun.Good luck and be careful

In light of the fact that I was able to receive confirmation yesterday that are PBX has not been updated, yeah, my external line shows up as the wrong number whenever I call out, but that's going to get fixed. At least I can call Dell today, and actually get that process going. considering my day is not quite as shot as the one I had yesterday. In which I got absolutely nothing done, maybe except for the conference call that I had around 19:00.

@manuelcortez you could theoretically accept pull request on both. After all, think about it. With gitlab, you have control of the entire thing.

yesterday I took a few hours to read and setup a gitlab repo at code.manuelcortez.net and I like it so far. Probably I will use both gitlab and github as two different remotes, though github will be used more for accepting other's pull requests, appveyor and, probably, issues.

@manuelcortez good morning. And thanks for following me on the right account. You should actually be up here. You have a lot more room to post various things. It's a lot of
