@chrism it's fucked up that the sky isn't more regulated. it feels like if you have enough money, they are like "sure, do whatever you please". the first time i've seen starlink, it made me sad that the next generations won't see the stars undisturbed. it's hard enough with light pollution already. i'm not sure how quick those LEO satellites deorbit themselves from atmospheric friction.
