@design_RG Interesting, I didn't notice there was a library section. I will do that then.

So little time to live, so many things to learn.
reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

@realcaseyrollins@mstdn.social I think you can. I just use bookmarks myself so I'm not sure.

@design_RG I'm unsatisfied with my current Economics knowledge. I was thinking of writing articles myself to learn more and posting them on the forum.
The articles would have a "teaching" format. Hopefully this would help nourish a community.

Were you thinking of something different?

@design_RG I would be interested in supporting an Economics forum, but I'm a slow writer. Is that too bad?

@rondy Já chamaram atenção pra isso algumas vezes.
O cara é tão idiota que nem relê o que escreveu.

@realcaseyrollins Yes, this is the part I find interesting. I'm worried there is something more that I'm not seeing, because I'm not familiar with american laws and any subtlety in the legal definition of "publisher" and "platform".

In principle though, I would be favorable to platforms and publishers being able to publish basically anything.
Exceptions might be things like: calling for violence against a person.

@realcaseyrollins I think the argument is very sound and I like it.
But I know it came out of US pol, so I'm afraid there is some small letters on the legal definition of "publisher" that will release a shit storm.

(i'm not american)

@realcaseyrollins I think this argument is interesting but something tells me there is a logics trap that I'm not seeing.

Mandatory:
My federated social network does not have this problem.

@augustus I don't particularly care about names changing.
But I noticed that this is just confirmation bias:

1: You see a similarity:
master/slave nomenclature vs real 19 century slavery;

2: You hypothesize that this name similarity must have negative effects;

3: You collect only favorable evidence/arguments for the your hypotheses and disregards any contrary evidence/arguments as racism.

Not to mention that:
A: The favorable evidence/arguments are often fallacious themselves;
B: Making a public post on the internet and calling anyone that disagrees with you a "racist" is not a great way to make friends.

@moonman Hi! I'm here to shill the Talos II secure computing platform™.
If I can't afford one I can at least hope to be able to see other people play with theirs.
