REVEALED: The Russian-linked fake news website which fuelled lies about the Southport stabbings and sparked violent protests | Daily Mail Online
Well, it's the Daily Mail, but there you have it. A link to the only foreign actor that could really profit from instability in the UK...
'In 2011, a Dutch woman named Ellen Novara-da Lima sent Sacks an e-mail. “I am a woman of 52 years old and I suffer from an illness,” she wrote. “I think there’s no name for it. I see monsters, ugly faces all day.”'

“Study Finds Consumers Are Actively Turned Off by Products That Use AI”

> When AI is mentioned, it tends to lower emotional trust, which in turn decreases purchase intentions
Like I've been saying, we don't need the term "slop". Consumers have decided that "AI" in its entirety is bullshit. And, honestly, they’re right.
One of the most ominous risks for Europe is that of a major change in Atlantic ocean currents.
Recent science suggests it has been greatly underestimated in the past -including by me, having worked on it for over 30 years.

'The government should look at ways of making it easier for medics to adopt new life-saving innovations. A framework for sepsis and infection management, akin to those for heart attack and stroke, would also help. As Daniels notes, sepsis affects more people than heart attacks and claims more lives than strokes.'

Why don't you actually like coriander?
It's chromosome 11.
Variations in the OR6A2 gene have been identified as the likely cause of why some people like the smell and taste of coriander, while others have the exact opposite reaction.
Depending on its origin, somewhere between 3% and 21% of the population associate it with an unpleasant taste, including a combination of soap and vomit, or say that it is similar to the foul odor emitted by stink bugs.
'What's surprising is that these things don't go on to show the same toxicity to eukaryotic cells, and I have to say, I wouldn't have expected that, especially since the initial screens used eukaryotic DNA). But the degree of DNA-induced aggregation correlates quite well with the antibacterial activity (and for that matter, the degree of self-aggregation is a pretty good surrogate for the DNA-induced aggregation).'

'Cheap and efficient assessment methods that can be used in distance education, such as unsupervised online tests, spread with the Covid-19 pandemic.
