@tiffanycli Yes it's jarring that there has to be such a manufactured choice, but we know the misogynoir that's coming. Scott Kelly could be a great pick to deflect that, especially the 2A moans. And he's all set for the National Space Council, a key role that VP attends to.

He has repeatedly confused Biden with Obama and Nikki Haley with Nancy Pelosi. He fell asleep at his criminal trial.

My local library built the seed library!
The local Master Gardeners provided a lot of the intitial seeds (oh my gosh we are stocked!!!). They used an old card catalogue to store them. Today's the kickoff!
The idea is you "check out seeds" from the library, plant/grow/harvest, let some go to seed, then "return the seeds" back to the library!
Free seeds for everyone!

Events like this are why tech needs crisis researchers who are obsessed not with "productivity" or whatever the hot little project metric of the day is but with the human behaviors and cultures that help people navigate, coordinate, create immediate community under stress, and all the things that we do when large systems in our lives break down. And I am not making that comparison lightly at all (having family deeply and inextricably involved in traumatic natural disaster crisis work)
