Perfectly normal morning news for #Argentina.
The President-elect goes to meet the incumbent at the official residence. Nothing unusual there, but the journey through the city is typically bonkers.
Milei is in a small convoy of couple of ordinary hatchbacks, accompanied by press paparazzi on motorbikes with their phones attached to the top of thir helmets, and at one point a drone flying through the streets.
In traffic, he jumps out of the car for a moment to shake hands with some kids on a school bus.
At another point, one of the motorbikes dives in front of traffic to cross the avenue ahead of the convoy, and as the horns blare, is reminded by the hosts to be careful.

In early 2nd Century AD, Romans built a Pharos or lighthouse, in Dover, Kent, England.
This would have guided the ships of a Roman fleet into the harbour below.
The Dover Pharos is the most complete standing Roman building in England. It’s also one of only three lighthouses to survive from the whole of the former Roman empire.

El uso corrupto de las palabras "Libertad" o "Austeridad" están marcando el rumbo político y económico de muchos paises a nivel mundial.
Llevo viendolo en las películas desde pequeño, esto no se ha fraguado en los últimos años.
La gente no conoce los mercados, no sabe como funcionan las instituciones, no ven a donde va el dinero de los impuestos, quién paga más o menos, cómo se crea riqueza y como se distribuye.
Es necesario un cambio de modelo comunicativo y educativo desde abajo. Los medios se han convertido en el hilo conductor de la propaganda de los poderes económicos. Y no lo veo nada fácil.
Clarification: Massa was Economy Minister, that's what I mean by "Incumbent", as in, he was associated with the failures of the Government he was in.
"He is way more excessive and unstable than Bolsonaro and Trump. So it’s highly unpredictable what this person could do."

Official announcement at 9pm (0000UTC) but looks as though the "libertarian" Milei will be elected President of #Argentina, defeating the incumbent Massa by around 6-7%. #Decision23
Electoral Officials saying that with the ballots counted already, Milei leads by 53% to 47%.
