And ofc the privacy issues? Nice if a bit more recent than David Chaum's "Blind Signatures for Untraceable Payments" from 1983, and please no blockchain crap that also he worked on later.

He's right, in a sense. All the worst, most evil people are emotionally stupid. The worst part is, they view being emotionally stupid as something to be proud of--and emotional intelligence--as something shameful, in need of eradicating. It's why so many conservatives hate education and liberalism. Keep them dumb, angry, and vengeful. That way, they'll always go against their best interests.
