I don't think I bragged about the best wedding gift I got yet, so lets go. Two important things to know:

1. Part of the gift was the information that it was described as a XIX century bible in Finnish (sic!) at the bookshop.
2. I am an atheist who has no connection to Wales whatsoever.

@timorl Wonderful book, look at those fine illustrations. Even if you don't like the contents, it's a cultural artifact to cheer and keep, pass on.

Quality is going downhill, some of the older, fine editions are so beautifully made, printed and bound.

@design_RG I definitely will, it is not only very beautiful, but the fact that my friends bought it knowing how much I'd like the gift, gives it great sentimental value. :)
