so I just tried some imported Bulgarian Feta for the first time.

It was really really good. Still had the sharp taste of feta, and a similar crumbling texture. But it was creamier, you could taste the milkyness just a bit more (even though it was firm like feta).. It had some strange but delicious flavors I couldnt really place.. My whole breakfast was a few cubes of feta and 2 pieces of the jerky I made (trying to go low-carb, maybe keto)... Really nice!

@freemo Feta and Black Olives salad, a fave on the Café at the mid point of some of my rides.

Flavour, Energy, light and easy on digestion. Back on bike and with added energy.

Espresso too, which they made perfect, as expected from an Italian family.

@design_RG We have similar salads here in south philly, no surprise as we are probably the biggest Italian population in the USA.

I love every ingredient in it, olives go AMAZING with feta. I usually eat them seperately and just pick from which pile I want on each bite, no oil on it. But the salad style is good too.

I was actually thinking as I ate the feta how most people almost always will mix feta with stuff mixed with every bite (like salads). For whatever reason even when I have a salad with feta in it though I tend to eat the feta on its own with each bite.

I really like cheese :)

@freemo I made a post on the top level, with a recipe for Feta Olives salad, same great photo as above.
