Ip over carrier pigeon. You tie the packet as a written note to their leg and then send the pigeon off to your isp where the message ia received. You can also attach a usb stick for high bandwidth connections ;)

Yes, though large companies may even move to elephants. The problem is transatlantic connections are difficult to establish with a CamelNet
