@zonarolo thanks for the response. Very interesting, I think I need to do more reading into keyboard layouts and typing speed. I'd love to try out a split keyboard, the closest I've come to one is a tilted ergonomic board.

@zonarolo I've been curious about trying different keyboard layouts for a while. How was the initial switch? Did you just want to try something different?

I'm a scientist working with coatings and thin films for wear resistance applications. I'm also part of a not-for-profit called Surface Ventures specialising in educational content for academia and industry on surface engineering.

I'm a relative new and enjoying my road bike. Looking to get fitter and go on more adventures.

There are a few typewriter style boards around but I don't know what they're like.

Looks like this app will be an interesting alternative to Twitter. May switch over to it completely but looking forward to trying it out.
