Hello! I'm new here like many others, figured I'd try out all of the birdapp alternatives.
I'm a #linux user currently running arch/KDE on my main rig and PopOS/Gnome on my laptop.
I play a lot of video games, I read a lot of books. #overwatch #godofwar #gaming #linuxgaming #fantasy #scifi
I've been trying to learn #python for a few years now. Not so easy for me.

@skanman Hey, thanks! I mostly read sci-fi and fantasy but I wander through other genres on occasion. I recently read 'To Sleep In A Sea Of Stars', 'Bad Monkeys' and 'The Midnight Library' :)
I deleted all social media 5 years or so ago (great for mental health), started using Twitter again a couple years ago... and now I'm here :D
@elevynn what games are you playing currently? It was worth it, but I gave up half of my steam library when I switched to Linux. I know people are working on compatibility though.
@derickflorian Hey Derick! On Steam I just finished God Of War, I finished my third playthrough of Elden Ring, and I've invested quite a lot of hours into No Mans Sky!
Otherwise I live on Overwatch2 using Lutris :D

@elevynn howdy and welcome.. I'm a JS programmer but I know python too. Welcome to the server 😊 I'm also a Linux fan, and read a lot. Not sure what you're into reading but I just finished Dante's inferno and The Hagakure. I've never been a social media fan at all but I'm trying this out too and it's hectic but not bad. Welcome again
