@prlzx similar to my setup with FritzBox then :-)
Must get around to auto starting WireGuard on non-home wifi

@mikebell interesting. How do you left/right click? Some cord with the other hand?

@prlzx @uncanny_static well, I'm announcing them either from the machines themselves or via avahi-announce (for name based virtual hosted web apps - many names same IP) so I guess is OK. IPv6 means don't need split DNS to access machines by same DNS name when in and out of home WiFi, so that was a Pi I could just turn off at same time.

OMG there are just so many I’d forgotten about.

@wimpy @linuxmatters household furniture. Router is cupboard, because it's in one. Server is bookcase, because it's for neatly arranging things. Laptops are carpet (it's big and wide) and frame (because it's a @frameworkcomputer ). Media box is pi (as in dish). Desktop is lego because it's surrounded by it. In the past we've had wopr (because it'd make a great table) and basket (it was a bad of a thinker)

@uncanny_static I just changed from .house to .local because IPv6 DNS... Did I choose poorly?

Thanks Rian T Davies. It's not like you left at least 4 obvious glaring potholes with your anti-reveal.

"Always fuck with your audience as much as possible" is all well and good, until the quality of the writing suffers. Which in this case, it did. #doctorwho

I’m loving the new Doctor and Dr. Who—I think they picked well.

My only criticism is that he’s constantly crying. Like every other scene. One episode he’s crying the entire time (land mine one). It ends up being really distracting.

The villains have been top notch tho and they are hitting the whimsical vs thrill/suspense balance well.

For eight years Fedora has been shipping GNOME with a broken screen reader!

EIGHT YEARS!

(Wayland has been default on Fedora for eight years – since Fedora 25, released on 2016.)

And a hundred-billion-dollar corporation like IBM ships operating systems today based on it with a broken screen reader.

What is an ableist culture? One in which the people who call this out get ostracised.

Doctor Who finale

@Timo_Micro I've seen more realistic giant rats in TV from 50 years ago Lol

Empire of Death, no content spoiler

Sorry, I'm kind of disappointed.

Arriving home, on a Friday evening, a whole weekend ahead, carrying a hot pizza, ice cream in freezer, and a new #DoctorWho episode in an hour... this is almost qualifies as a "good" moment.
