fitness goal progress
Welp I'm working towards being able to do three sets of 10 reps at 1× my body weight in barbell back squats, though actually my trainer is rounding 1× up to 225lbs to make it an even four plates. On Monday I hit 5×200lbs, with an easy three left in the tank. I think I'll get there in the peak week of this training cycle. (Tomorrow is going to be hobble-around-like-an-old-man day, of course.)
And today I hit 3×5×0.7 bodyweight on barbell bench with a goal of 3×8~10×1.0!
