#MineralMonday contribution 

For , a wee bowl of peridot (olivine) I dug out of the world-class deposits on San Carlos Apache land east of Phoenix, AZ. We were invited and accompanied to the mining/claim site by a tribal member with tribal permission, which we were told is pretty rare. It was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, a great honor, and an incredible day.

@LouisIngenthron @taz This was an interesting thread. I lean toward @LouisIngenthron's viewpoint from my own observations. The future gets here much quicker than anyone seems to realize. Oh look it's here.

People wanting content and people who want to make content - getting those groups together isn't bad in and of itself. The how part is and will be interesting to see.

One possible outcome that I would enjoy is that the quality of the content improves. And quality content should _make it easier_ to find an audience. Once they find each other.. they can work it out.
