Been trying to catch some naked eye daylight planets the past couple of weeks. So far: Venus 1 hr before sunset; Jupiter 10 mins before sunset. Mars just at sunset (v. difficult). Mercury wasn't visible tonight, even with binoculars, until about 40 mins after sunset, but I did catch it for maybe 3-4 minutes before it set behind the trees.
