Another 10 mile bike 🚲 ride. It was with my friend again so I took it slow (usually can do about an hour's time on this circuit) but still a good workout. At the end I wasn't even tired I feel like I could do at least 30 miles at this point fully rested, maybe more. Next weekend I think I'll have to test this and go for a long bike ride and see what my limit is.

I feel invincible!
