@khird As a kid I never surrendered my license or payed the fine. The result was that they put a note on my credit record, that is all. As for my license if i had been caught driving it would have been taken and i would have faced consequences for driving without a license. That is all. I can say this with certainty as that is what I actually did. Never arrested, never shot, nothing.
