@khird And your point in this whole conversation is.... Even if we assume your right, your argument doesnt change the original assertion, that if we make a law that will be enforced by threat of death we should be fully aware of that and not gloss over it.

The fact that you've spent this much time arguing over a very obvious point, something most people would obviously accept out of hand just shows me your arguing more over the fact that you just argue about anything related to guns than to actually address the point at hand.
