@TheGnuMaster Now that my back is better im ramping up my cooking back to where it used to be. That means spending half a week to a week making a dish from scratch but making enough to feed a small nation. Then I freeze it and eat it throughout the month.
@freemo Hope everything is ok with your back. Was it a sports injury?
