Spinster explicitly refer to trans women as "he" and use some rather nasty language. The idea of mutual respect appears to be lacking. They seem to frame them as anti-female by their nature and see them as an attack on women and feminism. As such they seem to be somewhat aggressive in their language.
@freemo @masterofthetiger@theres.life Spinster has a lot of what trans people call 'TERFs' of Trans-Exclusionary Radical Feminists'.
I believe (but do not know) that one of their main things is about men (and Trans people who they consider men, regardless of one's gender identity) pushing their way into female spaces. Bathrooms, women's only gyms, and other such places.
And while I can understand the concept and empathize with the opinion (assuming I have it correct) I can not agree with it.
