@coldacid Yea i tried it, in principle I like the idea. In practice i find it doesnt work since it doesnt five fine-grained control over the position of objects.
In the end I always found it to be unusable or prohibitive for the type of documents I wanted to create.
For plain UML class diagrams and a few other types it was ok though. diagrams
@coldacid I find it to be an issue constantly on technical diagrams. That doesnt appear to be true. It seems to be a particular issue once you start nesting objects to show complex designs.
@freemo the only time "fine-grained control over [positioning]" is ever useful is creating diagrams for clueless managers and at that point you might as well just draw pretty blocks in Visio.
