Man I wish more books, especially math books, were written in Tufte-style layout.. basically really wide margins (maybe as much as 1/3 the page) and all the figures and footnotes are in the margin.

I can see the advantage however wide margins also allow for more notes / comments too I guess.

I know for me how nice a book is organized and formatted makes a **huge** difference on how devoted ill be to it.
