No, that's not correct. Any of the candidates on the ballot can be the next president. If you get enough votes you become president, and all 4 are eligible to vote for them, so all 4 are eligible for president.
Yup, like i said, I dont expect any good quality candidate to ever get more than 1 electoral vote.. americans would never let a good candidate actually stand a chance.
