@valleyforge No thats a high dishonest accounting.. Police officers in plain closed knocked down a door with eye witnesses claiming they did not hear them announce themselves as police and even if they did they were not showing badges or any identification as police.
Boyfriend defended his home against supposided intruders by shooting a waning shot which was entirely within his right, and only lightly wounded one of the plain clothed individuals in the leg (as was the intent of a warning shot). Officers then returned a volley of at least 32 shots intending to completely kill anyone and everyone int he vicinity (and putting neighbors at risk due to cross fire). all 32 shots missed their intended target and, as expected killed Breone, an innocent bystander.
To add insult to injury the reason for them breaking into the home, the search for drugs, never revealed any drugs of any kind.
A very different picture than the one you describe.
@valleyforge Hell and lets not even get into the fact that the warrant was obtained illegally with police officers lying (later revealed in public statements) in an attempt to obtain the illegal warrant.
They obtained the warrant by claiming they worked with the post master general and there was evidence of illicit packages being sent to her home which a drug dealer allegedly then picked up.
The warrant states that this event was verified "through a US Postal Inspector"
yet...
In May 2020, the U.S. postal inspector in Louisville publicly announced that the collaboration with law enforcement had never actually occurred. The postal office said it was actually asked by a different agency to monitor packages going to Taylor's apartment, but after doing so, it concluded, "There's [sic] no packages of interest going there."
@leyonhjelm
That was the accusation but their only evidence of that was from the postmaster general whonlater oublicly said the police lied and he explicitly stated there was **no** evidence of drug dealing.
So no they lied to get the warrant at all.
@TheMadPirate @valleyforge
@leyonhjelm
there was no evidence he **ever** said anything to the contrary, so what are you even talking about?
@TheMadPirate @valleyforge
Ohhh you're an idiot who doesn't care about facts just the agenda you want to sell, got it. You have fun with that, ill be over here in reality.
@leyonhjelm
You sold the agenda that they were selling drugs out of the house, and this implied the raid was warranted, neither of which were true.
@TheMadPirate @valleyforge
@leyonhjelm @freemo @valleyforge BTW, didn’t the cops bodycams absolved them from wrongdoing ? In the sense that bodycams shown that they did indeed followed proper procedure.
All body cam footage was of officers arriving on the scene after the murder.
@leyonhjelm @freemo @valleyforge
He seems to be the “ad hoc hypothesis” kind of guy.
If you dont care about any of what actually happened then stop acting like a complete idiot and telling us what the details are... shut the fuck up and lurch back to the hole you came from where you masterbate to pictures of dead birds or whatever your into.
@leyonhjelm
They lied to get a warrant, broke im without announcing themselves, and shot 32 bullets with the intent to kill, amd killed an unarmed bystander in the process.
Yes, murder.
@TheMadPirate @valleyforge
summary "I'm know nothing about this, read nothing about it, but here is my opinion anyway, he was a drug dealer!"
Except..
1) there was no evidence of any drug dealing
2) The evidence claimed (the post master general) was found to be fabricated and a lie, the post master general stated the investigation showed the opposite **no** evidence of drugs, there is no record any evidence was found
3) The search warrant was to allow them to search for drugs... No drugs and no evidence of drug dealing was found int he apartment.
In summary there is no evidence of any kind to suggest her boyfriend was a drug dealer, in fact, all evidence suggests he was not.
But hey, lets hear more of your opinion on a subject you read nothing about and know nothing about, because clearly you dont have an agenda ::rolls eyes::
"I read nothing about this"... "I know enough"... spoken like a true and committed moron. Carry on, I'm done.
Says the man who read nothing and every bit of nonsense you've spewed has been directly contradicted by all public evidence.. yea ok.
Actually I've been quite vocally against the BLM agenda and specifically the tendency to highlight black victims while glossing over the white ones... But regardless breonne is a legitimate case for concern.
@freemo her boyfriend tried to shoot cops and they fired back
