Today i made from scratch some spicy wild fried rice, super healthy. 8 oz wild rice, 8 oz wild salmon, 2 eggs, and 6 jalapenos, one long hot, 2 huge shitake, and some white mushrooms, and a green pepper. For flavor i used mochi curry, soy sauce, and mijn rice wine.

I ate half and saved the rest for tomorrow.

I dont know, i use a pressure cooker dor stuff like that. 15 minutes at 15 psi with 10 minute natural release.
