Animals are smart as fuck... just imagine the level of understanding it takes to know these snares are dangerous, how to dismantle it, and to actually know there are more than one so as to look for them. Not to mention to warn other ape when they get too close to a live trap... these animals are way smarter than most people realize.
@freemo The other day I watched a cartoon about how a goose got out of a snare trap.
Nils Holgersson helped him out, so it might be little people doing it when the big people aren't looking!
