Nowadays, many kinds of cheese are sold in Japan, but basically processed cheese, mozzarella cheese, mascarpone and fresh cheese are probably the most common.
Powdered cheese is Parmesan cheese.
Also, Gouda cheese and Gorgonzola are used in Quattro Formaggio.
@Lux_PKMN All of those are lovely cheeses.. but I am more interested in cheeses unique to japan, if any exist.
