@realcaseyrollins @Hyolobrika @alex Why would they stop you though?
@valleyforge @Hyolobrika @alex IDK but I’m guessing that after a certain point in the ocean you’d need clearance to travel? In case either the #CoastGuard or the #Navy need to travel somewhere?
I’m sure if you’re in international waters and try to get into the #USA without proper clearance the #Navy would get into it (they do it when military vessels try encroaching on our waters)
Also the reverse is true, if you travel out you wont get stopped and do not need clearance of any kind.
There is the legal obligation, however, when you dock in a new location that you go and get your passport and ship "checked in". But the onus is on you and they are likely not to notice if you dont.
@freemo @Hyolobrika @alex @valleyforge this is epic.
I want a boat now.
