Just updated our user bot so it shows the all-time stats from the beginning of server inception (3 years), before it was just showing the last 6 months.
We still have the weekly stats published as well.
It is kinda cool to see the changes over 3 years of progress.
@FailForward No not exactly. That is a combination of two effects 1) the LGBT exodus from scholar.social and other LGBT servers to here (in response to use being the only free-speech inclusive server) and 2) us being listed on the frontpage of join mastodon.
@FailForward First half was the LGBT exodus, second half was front page of JM... right where it levels off is when JM got restructured and there were no front page instances anymore.
