@worldsendless We arent the only ones, but it is rather rare. The standard we use was adopted from misskey. So you will find misskey servers have it. Fedibird also has the feature.
Servers that dont support it just see it as a link inline with your message. So luckily it is backwards compatible with other instances too.
@worldsendless I am the one who programmed all the extra features into QOTO. I would hope I know it :)

nope we are a heavily modified fork off vanilla mastodon. We did pull in or write features similar to the most useful glitch features. But those were pulled in or written on top of vanilla fork directly.
