Man I am stills ore from my half kilometer swim on friday... I really am out of shape. Glad I am going to be swimming every day in egypt for 3 months. I will be back to where I was in no time.

@freemo For swimming I definitely would be out of shape. A shame I'm not fond of swimming. Thankfully I still bike. Sometimes.

@trinsec I'm in shape too, my shape is about the same shape as Columbus thought the shape of the earth was. To quote columbus:
