I cant believe this so i checked 2 times but my sac rate is better than fit athletic divers. Usually the best sac rate your average technical diver gets is 14 and somehow im at 12.1 liters/min. Clearly the 4 hours of swimming everyday is paying off.

Either that or your meter is set to gallons/minute instead of liters/minute.

Its actually cubic feet per minute. I just convert it since i orefer to talk in metric
