@frankie No article (though a google search will come up with plenty). Its the new redflag law whereby background checks can no intrusively review your psychiatric history and reject your access to guns based on that.

Essentially if you are having psychological issues under no circumstances would you want to actually seek help now as it would get your flagged and you may not be able to exercise your right to gun ownership.

The #Democrats didn't have the votes to get the bill passed. It was #GOP senators and house members who don't support #2A that got the job done. At least a dozen of them voted for the bill in the Senate!

@realcaseyrollins Im not sure its fair to say its the GOPs fault when nearly 100% of dems voted for it and like 5% of GOP voted for it. Especially when it only got through at all because biden signed it.

Of course #JoeBiden would have signed it, and of course the #Democrats would have signed it too…the #GOP didn’t have to vote for it, but they did
