The #Democrats didn't have the votes to get the bill passed. It was #GOP senators and house members who don't support #2A that got the job done. At least a dozen of them voted for the bill in the Senate!
@realcaseyrollins Im not sure its fair to say its the GOPs fault when nearly 100% of dems voted for it and like 5% of GOP voted for it. Especially when it only got through at all because biden signed it.
Of course #JoeBiden would have signed it, and of course the #Democrats would have signed it tooβ¦the #GOP didnβt have to vote for it, but they did
