I didnt say it was precedence... a supreme court judge cited it as an example of what would not be protected speech. But sinc eit wasnt challenged in court it is not, strictly speaking, precedence... that said, based on what precedence does existt, it is almost certain that it would be deemed non-protected speech should it ever reach court.

And the creature ABSOLUTELY has a social agenda. I'm glad Mastodon as a platform, and on the whole, filters these kind of people out since you have to think and make logical choices to get started.
